Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I bid on items?

Navigate to our auction website at www.32auctions.com/TheatreTuscaloosa to see what amazing items we have up for auction. You will need to create an account in order to place your own bid or a proxy bid. We will announce a period of time, usually 3-4 days, in which we will accept bids. During that time, you may place your bid on item you wish to bid on. At the end of the bidding period, the winning bid will be displayed. We will contact winners via the email address they provided on the website to notify them of the items they won, as well as how pick-up and payment options.

What kinds of payments do you take?

Everything! Well, not bitcoin. But everything else! Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted.

How do I get my stuff once I've paid for it?

Easy! You can stop by the Theatre Tuscaloosa ticket office to pick it up. For all smaller items, we can send them to you or someone of your choice (shipping is not included and must be paid separately).

Why should I bid on these items?

Because they are amazing! But also because all proceeds go to help support all of the equally amazing productions and programming here at Theatre Tuscaloosa, including our regular season shows, specially priced school matinee performances, and workshops.
