Already Have an Online Account?

How to Set Up Your Online Account

To make the process of tracking your tickets easier, patrons are now able to login with our ticketing system, AudienceView. You are invited to set up your account using this guide, which should allow you to access e-tickets, view your purchase history, and manage your donations, all using the email address you have provided in the past.

 

Accessing and/or creating your online account is completely optional. The benefits of having an account include: being able to purchase tickets online more quickly (no more entering your address over and over), redeeming flex vouchers for show tickets online, making and managing donations online, monitoring gift card balances, updating your contact info, and viewing past purchases. If you prefer not to access or set up your account, you may still purchase tickets or make donations online. All other functions can be accomplished by calling us at 205.391.2277.

 

To Access Your Existing Account

If you have purchased with us in the past, you should already have an account! If you know which e-mail address you've used with us in the past, proceed with the instructions below. If you're not sure, give us a call at 205.391.2277 or send us an email at tickets@theatretusc.com, and we'll make sure to enter your preferred e-mail address into your account before you proceed.

  • Click here to access the Theatre Tuscaloosa storefront and user login page.

  • Click the red "Use Normal Login" button.

  • If you have never accessed the system before, or if you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link under the "Login" button.

    • Enter the email address associated with your account.​

    • Click "Send Email."

    • Check your email for a new message from "Theatre Tuscaloosa <customerservice@ovationtix.com>" with the subject line "Theatre Tuscaloosa Password Reset." Open the e-mail and click the provided password reset link.

    • Enter your new password twice and click the "Reset Password" button.

    • If you are presented with a login screen, use the section titled "Enter your e-mail address," and select "I am a returning customer, and my password is:" and enter your password. Click "Continue."

    • You should now be able to use the navigation to access all your account information and conduct new orders.

    • For your security, click "Log Out" when you are done.

  • If you know your password already, simply enter it, and click the "Login" button.​

To Set Up a New Account

If you have never purchased from Theatre Tuscaloosa before, you may set up your account in advance as follows. Please note that if you set up a new account, it will not contain any prior purchase or donation history if you use a different email address than you've used for past purchases. See above instructions if you want to retain your past purchase history.

  • Click here to access the Theatre Tuscaloosa storefront and user login page.

  • If you're a mobile user, click the "Create Account" link at the bottom of the dialogue. If you're a desktop user, click the "Register" button under the "Don't have an account?" heading.

  • Fill out the next form with as much information as you are willing to share with us. Theatre Tuscaloosa does NOT sell or share patron data to third parties outside of our ticketing system.

  • Click “Add Account,” and your account is now set up!

  • Click the "Use Normal Login" button, and login with your new account credentials.

  • If you need to access your account history/details on a mobile device, click here. On a desktop device, just click your name in the top, left-hand corner and select "My Account" from the dropdown menu.
