How to Set Up Your Account

Theatre Tuscaloosa has a new ticketing system! To make the process of purchasing and tracking your tickets easier, patrons are now able to create an account with our ticketing system, AudienceView.

 

If you are a returning patron, you are invited to set up your account using this guide, which should allow you to view past tickets and donations to Theatre Tuscaloosa. New users are invited to “Register” and follow the step-by-step guide to create a new account with which to track future purchases and transactions.

*Creating an account is completely optional. The benefits of having an account include: being able to purchase tickets online more quickly, apply flex vouchers for show tickets online, make donations online, monitor gift card balances, and view past purchases. If you prefer not to set up an account, you may still purchase tickets or make donations online, and transfer tickets or request gift card balances by contacting the ticket office.

To Create an Account as a New Patron

  • From the Theatre Tuscaloosa website, click the button that says “Log In”
  • Click the "Login" button in the upper right corner. A window will open that will ask you to log in or register an account.
  • Select the "Register" button and fill out the form, then select "Add Account." Be sure to enter the email address you want to be your primary point of contact.
  • After submitting the form, click "Login to your account" from the confirmation page.
  • Select “Normal Login” and enter your email address and password. From here you can manage your account, purchase new tickets, make a donation, or review a gift card balance. 

To Create an Account as a Returning Patron

  • From the Theatre Tuscaloosa website, click the button that says “Log In.” You will be brought to the Theatre Tuscaloosa storefront.
  • Click the "Login" button in the upper right corner. A window will open that will ask you to log in or register an account.
  • Select "Use normal Login," and then click “Forgot Password?”
  • Enter the email address you would have used during purchases in the past and click “Reset Password.”
    If the prompt returns as “The email [EMAIL] you have entered was not found.” first ensure your address is entered correctly; if the prompt is returned again, then your past purchases were made under a different email address, and you will need to either use that address, or you will need to contact the ticket office to have your email address changed within your account.
  • If the email address was found in the system, the prompt will be returned as “Email sent,” and the button will now say “Resend Email.”
  • From the email you will receive (check your spam folder in case the reset email was caught there), select “Reset Password.”
  • After resetting your password, select “Log In” and then “Normal Login” and enter your email address and new password. From here you can manage your account, purchase new tickets, make a donation, or review a gift card balance.
