Apply for the Charlie Dennis Memorial Scholarship

It's time to apply for the Charlie Dennis Memorial Scholarship. Offered to technical theatre students through the Shelton State Foundation, this scholarship provides an annual award of $5,000, which is enough to cover tuition and most fees and books for a whole year at Shelton State. "Wit" Special Events

We are offering three special events in association with our production of Wit. These events are free and open to the public. You can come to these events whether or not you have tickets to that day's performance.

  • Sat., Feb. 21 - MEET THE AUTHOR - Margaret Edson - 6:15 p.m. in the Alabama Power Recital Hall
  • Sunday, Feb. 22 - Post-Show Talk Back with our actors, cancer survivors, and medical professionals
  • Thurs., Feb. 26 - Physician-lead Pre-Show Lecture/Discussion - "Signs, Symptoms, and Treatment of Ovarian Cancer"
