The rules of the festival require that they must fit all of their scenery and props into a 10'x10' square off-stage. Companies have 10 minutes to set-up immediately before their performances, a maximum of 60 minutes to perform, and 10 minutes to break-down their scenery and return it to the 10'x10' square.
